Not sure of the time frame, but the 10k contains the following regarding Fosun:

"We are also eligible to receive (i) additional remaining contingent payments of up to $222.5 million upon the achievement of certain milestones based on first calendar year net sales and tiered royalty payments in low double digits to high teen percentages on annual net sales".
