Foxie, I confirm your numbers are correct and I must also point out that since April 19,2023 there have been some additional changes. These numbers are through 7/11/23.

Outstanding shares have increased a little over 100 million shares.
Restricted shares have decreased 106,426,400 shares.
Unrestricted shares have increased 226,794,580 shares.

While this might concern some it only confirms what we have been seeing in daily trading. OTCN and INTL have been selling as directed by a sell order and the market is having to absorb those new shares. My belief now is that the company needed additional funds and I am ok with that. The SAGA deal is now the focus along with any new developments of potential acquisitions and/or partnerships with ENZC.
