We would have been much better off under Neil woodford , do your research, and so would have the cancer patients

Can you define "we" in this context? Longs or hedge funds. Woodford had to close his fund. Liquidate everything. A NWBO bankruptcy would have solely benefited the hedge funds. So, who do you mean when you say we? I'm certainly not part of a hedge fund.
