I won't say this is is all a 'fraud', only because they have products that work (ie 5 USA FDA clearances). But the word 'scam' comes to mind when one studies their note/loan to stock conversion at 50% discounted price deal. YES, with THAT deal they ARE scamming all their loyal long stockholders. The trust has been gone quite some time ago for many investors, as those note/loan deals came to light. It is now known how ALL who received that deal has screwed (scammed) all other investors that had to pay full price for their shares. That deal is a big reason this is hovering in the triple zeros for years. That along with the laughable amount of OS (25 BILLION) and pathetic sales.

FRAUD? -- maybe. SCAM? -- IMO yes.
