Attila, Interesting thought. Maybe that could be in a theoretical situation, far into the trial, say a MM is fully exposed for its acts, after legal discovery, whistleblowers coming out, and the CEO and BOD are all fired. I would think the newly installed CEO and BODs would want to start from a clean slate and support the plaintiff.
