You're welcome. I Agree with you 100%! The comments at the time of CKYS first SEC PR were something like... "if the investigation is informal then why are we suspended? I'd call that pretty formal."
The inquiry did become a formal investigation upon suspension of trading. Those that claim it should have only taken a few days to prove to the SEC that there were indeed contracts and revenue do not understand the workings of government agencies. Nothing is done in a timely manner! lol
