Jdcpa ....CyberKey was WRONG on Feb 5th to define the SEC investigation as informal . Intentional ? Unintentional ?

Todays news release was correct , and the FORMAL investigation began on Feb 5th .....not today .

I cannot be more clear , and you could not be more unreceptive to FACTS .

come on youre smarter than that.... ofcourse it was formal from the beginning! the halted trading! remember! son of a gun the brilliance of some ppl. give it a rest and stop arguing. the pr from feb. fifth was trying to minimize the situation but we all knew it was FORMAL
