Yes, that is my understanding as well, although I'm not a lawyer. I did address that in an earlier post or two, as at least one of the possible reasons for the structure of the transaction as a sale versus reverse merger or business combination. That keeps ENZC's lawsuits and debts out of SAGA until they are resolved. The plans for ENZC after the sale haven't been disclosed yet, but an acquisition has been mentioned and terms associated with the sale have not been finalized yet. We'll see.
