RIght. But the Filing also speaks of Robustomed, another ENZC Subsidiary, which it intends to spin off. Not sure what all that may entail as toward the end of the Filing it also states that ENZC will "implement" a new strategy. Hmmm. Possibilities of what ENZC may be up to are endless. But once the Deal is signed, actual detailed information on a larger scale will be disclosed to the Public.
Neither ENZC nor Robustomed are part of this SAGA transaction.
