So…….ENZOLYTICS……after all is said and done could just be an empty clean shell, but a new business could go into that shell?

hey MAGA, or anyone who wants to answer, Just to help understand the terms of the deal.............. if I own 1 million shares of ENZC then after this SAGA deal I would have 9,000 shares of SAGA and and then 6 months later get an additional 9,000 shares? And would I still retain the 1 mil shares of ENZC?
