Sloppy thx for your DD and agree … nothing has been inked (yet) and doubt it ever will be inked .. the last 2 years we only seen some nice projects and lessons learned .. to good to be true is basically a NO SHOW … still giving ST3 benefit of the doubt but he need to come up with somt soon or this stock will end up the pile garbage .. to be honest … this is the WORST pink stock I have ever seen … not what this PSS does .. only how this CEO is managing the comp. and HIS way of managing , controlling , deluting this ticker … I remember his last press conference telling us he is so grateful with his shareholders .. he sure is … ST3 .. time to return this question to us … !!! It only takes one PR from you … Shareholders … something is boiling and we will do damn good in a few … noooooo you just begging for cash to launch you VuMe app .. that’s all you got ??? How about Tuskegee , how about INOVAQ dividends etc … etc … etc … etc … etc … etc … and yeah … etc .. etc .. etc !!!! My real thoughts … all baloney but ain’t going to sell 1 share , buy more at a dip ? You gotta be nuts … selling after a pump … ? Depends how big this pump will be ! The market is fraught with corruption, ticker manipulation, legal shorting, illegal naked shorting. Regulators that don't regulate. FINRA's AWC form which when signed absolves all wrongdoing, erases felonies, where those who signed it just pay a slight fine.
Rule 203-2b fill orders before location of shares.
DTCC is also another matter.

On top of everything else that must be juggled here the powers that be having to stay focused on the goals they try to abide by.

Not easy. Very tough.
It is very hard to climb out of the OTC. We'll see.
