Ancient history. Some of the share changes you are flagging are from before the company was even MIKP -- even before Newbauer was CEO. And the rest happened over a decade ago. The numbers you were using on the St. James bit of history were ludicrously wrong -- as sometimes happens when one is trying to understanding business dealings from a decade ago.

Always important to take a deep breath and slowly exhale. Mark is writing a new chapter here. He self-funded MIKP while it was on the greys, with the O/S only increasing by 3% in the past 11 years. He has given shareholders an SEC-registered OTC Pink Current Information stock, with zero convertible debt, and some amazing IP including: Vampirella, Wish, and the Ella Clah mysteries.

And the cherry on top is that CEO Mark Newbauer is going to do an investor call on July 25 to discuss the progress on and prospects for developing these properties!
