Read the details of that Survey Study. Read the questions they asked in the survey used to make their conclusions. It's all there in black and white and it shows that my post is 100% accurate and true.

Here's an analogy. Suppose I send out a survey asking what car people drive. 30% say they drive a Ford, 30% drive a Chevy, and 40% drive a Toyota. Then I have them all test drive a Honda. Then I send a follow-up survey asking "Did you sell your car and buy a Honda?" and 30% say Yes.

I can't claim that my study proves that participants sold their Chevy and bought a Honda. I can INFER that might be true but I don't have PROOF.

Yes, it is that simple.

The CMS is not going to give that Survey Study any weight. There are so many scientific problems with Survey Studies to begin with, but BIEL's Survey Study didn't even ATTEMPT to measure opioid use reduction.
