I don’t share your certainty. The often now forgotten media saturation after the interim results was excellent. Les and NWBO should get credit for that. To date, it was their best execution in public relations.
The JAMA article had no such media saturation support, as I assume they felt it would be too close to marketing at that point, and required follow up method of action education, like the public recently received at ASCO, because late treatment also demonstrated positive survival impact, and thus confoundment needed to be expounded upon, clarified and substantiated.
If/when approved, I see them eclipsing their interim report media saturation, and I suspect it might be timed with a couple other announcements likely afforded by such a momentous milestone.
I think your pessimism is premature and potentially very inaccurate.
