DBMM not doing jack shit. No amount of word salad is going to change that. Soon the Q will be out and it will be yet another nail in DBMM's coffin. Given their dire financial situation its unlikely DBMM will be around after 2024.

And no that bullshit doesnt scare me. Thats one can of worms Linda does not want to open. Telling the truth is not defamation. SMH

Why wont Linda request the blue sheets and put her faithful bag holders at ease? Im mean who cares that the only thing holding this from going to trips is some imaginary naked shorts. Why wont she do her fiduciary duties and protect her shareholders from the naked shorts? Doesnt she care about her shareholders?

Let me guess, its not her responsibility? LMAO

She better be checking the couch cushions for spare change to run another paid promo like she has in the past. Once that Q comes out its going to turn even uglier for DBMM.

since every regulator and platform from the SEC, to FINRA, to OTCM has cleared DBMM in their respective roles.

That is misleading information.

SEC does not "Clear" companies and did not CLEAR DBMM of anything. The SEC removed the Order Instituting Proceedings on DBMM. And we ALL know WHY they did so - it is CLEARLY stated in the proceedings page. It had NOTHING TO DO with finding DBMM innocent.

Indeed, the very ALJ (Foelak) that wanted to dismiss the proceedings did so NOT because DBMM was innocent. In FACT, she came RIGHT OUT in her Initial decision and CLEARLY STATED that DBMM was IN VIOLATION of the filing statutes and that the OIP WAS PROVEN.

SO no....the SEC did not "clear" DBMM of ANYTHING.

FINRA? FINRA does NOT "CLEAR" companies. In fact, FINRA has statements right on their website that unequivocally states that very thing!

In DBMM's case, the ONLY thing FINRA did was to clear an MM to quote DBMM's BID/ ASK quotation on the OTC market. They accepted GLED's completed Form 211 involving DBMM, after GLED submitted it.

The ONLY thing OTCM did was to "clear" DBMM to list on the exchange, after they had a MM assigned.

There is no tacit "approval" of DBMM by ANY of those entities. They are allowing it to trade. PERIOD.

Does all this mean DBMM is a good investment? Absolutely not. The only thing it means is that investors wanting to throw their money away can LEGALLY do it by buying DBMM stock.
