Yea...Ok... I'll leave it to the stats experts to figure the microscopic percentage-of-return on investment. The lost opportunity here remains challenging for me to fully appreciate and compute over decades of time.
I don’t like it. It is just another sign that Ferris continues to look backward and enjoys patting himself on the back a bit too much. Have a party when you hit $100mil in annual revenue. Then another at $500mil. Celebrate by rewarding top sales people. Celebrate by courting top potential customers.
Don’t have a party simply to celebrate longevity.
I’m sure they justify this as a productive marketing expense and perhaps it will be. If there is a Ferris dunk tank, the line will be long.
