The transaction was basically neutral.
Had it not been executed as it was the perception would
have been similar to "take the money and run".
The effect on his already significant holdings would have been disastrous.
Being non cash, the "insider purchase" was a compensation event.
Only place it shows up is basically the Q.
It was always unrealistic that "he knows something" pull out the checkbook and
keep 500K shares would ever occur.

I agree with you 100% and wish I had more information on that earlier, but both Powerwalker and Tred finally revealed it, at least to me!!!

I'm a lot more confident now....that 232,000 share "add on" makes it more encouraging to me at this point.

I am hoping for the Excellence Trial result to happen fairly soon and BEFORE February 2024....but I give people respect when I know that they are more qualified to judge than I am...best to you, Steve
