Formal or informal it is still an SEC investigation and we all know that it is a serious matter. With that being said I believe this company will live to see another day with significant profits and fully reporting.
I think we know the difference between formal and informal. The thing is it was incorrectly stated that the investigation was informal when trading was suspended. You're making it sound like the scope of the investigation has changed because the company corrected its wording. You're not going to gain much credibility that way. Oh... imo, of course.
