Maybe it's just me but I consider illegal behavior to be unethical.

First I was referring to the ethics of filing a lawsuit, or in other words if spoofing was real (which I will not believe until a jury says so) then a lawsuit would not be unethical.

Second, illegal and unethical are not equivalent (see Dr. King and Mr. Thoreau on civil disobedience). Or see NWBO when they ignored the law and did not present TLD within 12 months of trial completion. What they did was apparently illegal but not unethical.

Spoofing is real and it was outlawed in 2010. However, spoofing is still used to manipulate socks on the upside and the downside. The good news is that spoofing information is recoverable and just a matter of time for those to be held accountable for this illegal action, IMPO. Glad to see NWBO and its legal team going after the MMs.
