We’ll see when the jury comes back but seeing a finding of fact made by a jury of my peers and not allegations by lawyers is what I will believe.
The market has the same attitude towards DCVax-L. Until a regulator finds as fact that it is ready for commercialization the market will not believe. It’s a credibility issue and all those years of hint and switch by management and all the false dawns have real world consequences.
I don’t really care about the case as such and if we can make money then good.
The main thing is to burn away every distraction management can use to provide cover for their delays like Mr. Feuerstein is accused of providing cover for his spoofing. That is how I see this lawsuit.
If all excuses and distractions are destroyed and the pressure is so great there is nothing to hide behind and NWBO has to submit to the regulator and get us a good or bad, up or down, victory or defeat, once and for all decision then this can all be over. It’s past time.
