Failing to take reasonable steps as a management team and making missteps that contribute to the victimization of shareholders is a performance issue. One can arrest members of an organized shoplifting ring and still fire an incompetent loss prevention officer or store manager who allowed them to do as they pleased.

As for the other question, I have a background in security and ongoing experience helping police put criminals in jail including for felonies but I have no association with Citadel and as a NWBO shareholder if we can extract money from Citadel with this nuisance lawsuit, even though that’s unethical I’ll take the money given how little else we’re bringing in.
