They are toxic financiers. They wind-up with a ROI by liquidating the private holdings they finance. Exactly what happened to TMM.

Indeed she posted that reply. If you read both links, in the lower Frank Love section, it sure looks like he filed what they say he did NOT file, 2 weeks prior...........
NOW, let me say here and now, I don't trust that promoter of Hot Dog clubs, but if you want accuracy, read both links and note the dates.
