Management are in fact on cusp of approval if you consider the evidence as posted.

No PoorMan, it’s not gaslighting, and no, I did not “Tell shareholders they’re seeing something they’re in fact not seeing.” I stated that the company communicates significant events through press releases, and quarterly through SEC filings. Can you name a significant event that occurred, and a press release was not issued? Or a quarterly report that was not filed? No, you did not dispute that. I also did not say that this management team is fully engaged. I basically said the company does the minimum communication necessary. It appears that you are attempting to put words in my mouth to create an argument, when there isn’t one. I’m not going to engage in this manufactured argument, nor do I care to hear your invented stories of spousal abuse and homelessness; it’s not funny.

So there was still one more prerequisite milestone for one of those workstreams to be achieved before a marketing application could be filed. Which one that that is, and how long it will take (or took), is anyone’s guess, but achieving that last milestone seems to be the hold up. — Hyperopia

Could the milestone be to walk on the sun, stick a Cadillac up your nose, or achieve peace in the Middle East?

Or maybe it’s just Advent drafting key portions of the application for approval, and maybe they completed that task some time ago.
