LR, Here we are now 6 weeks after ASM and crickets about a tech transfer agreement with a foundry.
Do you think they have have an agreement but have chosen to not announce it? IMO that would be an 8k violation because such an announcement would be considered materially significant to shareholders. This idea that they can get away with not telling us shareholders anything at all until a large revenue order comes in maybe 12 months from now but that all kinds of great things will happen in silence until then is what is ridiculous. But that's EXACTLY the mentality here when time goes by and no new partnerships are announced.
How many months need to go by without anything confirming they must have a completed PDK before you will agree that they don't really have a PDK ready yet?
If what you are saying is right, why didn't Dr Lebby simply say "PDK completions are confidential at this point in time, so we may or may not have one or more that is ready"? Instead he didn't deny the ASM questioner's implication that they are not yet completed. Instead he said things are "progressing". What does that imply to you, LR?
