Guess #1 sales were not great with DonJoy and that gave BIEL the opportunity to sell again or ok if prices are not competitive?

Guess #2 DonJoy will move forward and make ActiPatch a major part of their line and this has something to do with joint marketing?

If the contractual reason is due the exclusive agreement between Bioelectronics and KT Tape in the USA, chalk this up as another in along line of family leadership blunders. That 'exclusive ' agreement with KT should have included a minimum sales requirement and if that is not met, the exclusivity becomes null and void and Bioelectronics can then contract other companies for USA sales. That would make more sense than being stuck with a company that has little incentive to push that product over the others they offer.
