They didn't "beat the SEC twice"!

They were initially ordered revoked, but an unrelated technicality got that tossed. Then they were found guilty but basically sentenced to time served. Then when that sentence was being challenged, the case was dismissed due to another unrelated issue!

But hey... do facts matter with DBMM?
