A quick dive is as follows

1) Insiders own 79% of the outstanding shares.

2) That makes the float about 43m which as anyone can see from the trading pattern today has been steadily accumulated and is being held for way higher.

3) 39 companies signed an NDA (non disclosure agreement) to do a deep dive/analysis into the company.

4) Seven companies have expressed an interest in acquiring the company and it’s assets. Read that as bidding war about to break out!

5) The reason why the company is attracting so much attention is because it runs data centers.

6) The bidders can clearly see that buying the company’s assets for cents on the Dollar would save them many millions it would cost to add capacity from scratch and add significant capacity to their data centre holdings.

7) I’ve calculated that $2.77bn in assets divided by 180m Outstanding shares gives a net asset value of $15 per share!
