Is the narrative still a Part 135 airline merging?

One of the first things Borders put out was something along the lines of:

Imagine it isn't some stupid part 135 company but rather something much larger!

Totally paraphrasing but it does bring up the question:

Is it still an airline? An airline with additional entities? Or something else all together?
