"The narrative" from the beginning has been extremely vague, in my opinion intentional, as is typical of the OTC market. Frank has not been exactly forthright in his announcements and the original PRs about ACQUISITIONS that never happened are a prime example of that assumption. As for the "part 135" company and what it actually is ..... nobody knows because it's Frank o 1s little secret. Within the next 40days we should find out if Franky does the 10-Q right the first time around. There should be entries for $mONI signed a MOU with SILO, which seems to be on its death bed, and another for the current mysterious "part 135" company.
