Yes she is on the BOD. One of a whopping 3 members if I am correct. And one other is her mother. Yes she is CEO and on the board. Isn't the BOD in place, in normal publicly traded companies, for scrutinizing the abilities and actions of the CEO for generating company success, thus increasing stockholder value?
Failure at both is quite obvious, isn't it? Problem is, with this 'family corporation' who is going to vote her out?
