the person named in charge of the TCA shares contact info is available,
but he would never respond after sending him an egoc filing,
not even to confirm or deny? he may have his reasons for not doing so, but I have others respond in other similar circumstances elsewhere.

It will be interesting to see how this moves forward with what is known and knowable about the officials that are in charge now that is for sure.
