I haven't seen 4 out of the the last 5 earn a cent.
Presumably Rhonda did when she quickly washed her hands of this toxic mess by dumping it into Chinese hands. She should have decreased the float after going through the trouble of making it current.
Why would anyone with good intentions buy a shell with a seven-and-a-half billion float?
Is the exchange rate so bad that this is all they could afford?
