SAGA couldn't raise $12.5M for the AEC deal - but a few ENZC shareholders believe that SAGA can raise $450M.

That will absolutely never happen - like most of the press releases they are for pumping and never come to fruition.

I probably shouldn’t have used the word Diluted.
It’s just new for me to see, or hear the Date of Record to qualify for Dividends yet to be announced . As it will NOT afford any of the long term share holders any financial advantage over the person that buys their very first share tomorrow.

As I mentioned, I’ve been through 3 prior and have yet seen it handled this way.

My point using the term Dilution refers to the fact , If the Date of Record was let’s say June 1 st . The shareholders of record splitting the specific number of SAGA shares would have been let’s say hypothetically 500 vs 1200 shareholders that were allowed in due to the open end of the announcement. Diluted was the wrong word to use.

First time for everything I guess.
