That post reads like something from a desperate attorney. Hmmm... one never knows, does one?

FWIW - Your following comments in an earlier post is what put you on my radar screen. LOL~ My antenna always goes on full alert when I hear someone say they DO NOT have an agenda, and then when they also claim to have made a fortune/still hold a fortune in IDCC stock........ full tilt alarms go off. Who ARE you, and what are you trying to do here?.......

................................................................

By the way, I don't have any agenda, as some here have implied. This company has made me a ton of money-basically between a triple and quadruple and in fair disclosure I once owned 93,400 shares but now am holding 10,000 shares as a proud multi-Interdigitalionaire.My basic strategy is to look for doubles in a reasonable time frame.I still believe this company was made to be sold in 3g and that we are approaching the perfect time when a fair offer could come our way and make sense to our shareholders as well to a large company either already in wireless or about to make an entrance.jmo

j70k... hey buddy, chill out.

No one can or will answer those questions... and you know it. Invest on the fundamentals, or invest on the expectations, or invest with your gut, or for any other of several reasons including charting... but for Chris-sakes if you are truly invested please get a grip on it and stop asking unanswerable negative questions here and thereby taking backdoor potshots at the Company and the equity of many longs (like you?).

Most everybody here likes a discussion, and questions are welcome too... hell I even like an argument occasionally, LOL. I've spent my whole business life measuring both my income and success by the outcome of discussions, negotiations, questions answered/unanswered and maybe too often arguments.

But unproductive negative "what ifs", and unnecessary "what abouts", and especially impertinent "why not's" usually don't add substance to the debate and are normally a total waste of time.

Pumping out your doubts and unanswerable questions like a shotgun with an 8 round magazine will not add to the debate... nor the understanding of this investment.
