I was very happy to see the PPS at the close. It's along way from where I'd like to be, but I'll take it.

BCJ is right again! XERI's SEC filings clearly cited Movychem's failure to deliver an "industrial-scale" production method, which obviously voided any further financial commitment by XERI. And it was apparently the whole reason why XERI engaged TMF -- to finish the job that Movychem couldn't!

If XERI couldn't get the cost of producing NexBoard down while scaling up production, they would have a hard time competing against Drywall. But if they can produce a quality building product that is fire-resistant AND eco-friendly at a competitive price, Drywall will soon be obsolete!
