This is obviously false.

So if they NEVER launch then NOBODY can ever enter the market?

Or if it takes them 10 years to launch NOBODY can launch for 10 years?

My understanding is Intas will get 180 days of exclusivity. I have seen it with other products. The clock starts when Intas launches the product.
