That would be unlikely, but similar to the issue that Elite ran into with Pfizer several years back that we still can’t find a way around.

I’m sure there are limits and other rules. I still believe Intas will get 180 days of exclusivity from their launch. There was a case where the brand name company paid the generic company not to launch. I know that is no longer legal.
