I don't think "outsourcing" is necessarily the correct term. Is a person who drives a car that they lease "outsourcing" their personal transportation? No. But if they hire a full-time limo and driver, then yes.

The guy said XERI nano-lubricant sales and revenues had started (back in January, 2021), yet then Duffy abandoned it altogether.

The guy PRed "Xeriant Projects Significant Revenue Through Acquisition of European Operations" in December, 2020, and in July 2023, Xeriant has no sales or revenue of anything.

The guy told us Movychem and Xeriant had "successfully" created Nexboard with Retacell fire retardant. And then with no explanation and while Xeriant is default of its Movychem Joint Venture, Duffy altered the S-1 to claim Movychem was in default.

Duffy lying on SEC statements is serious.
