I go under the knife Sept 5. Hopefully I'll finally be able to sleep (not indefinitely) at night.

Apparently a relatively minor 45 minute operation that the surgeon does 5-6 times a week.

He did, however have examples of spinal columns in his office and I wondered if they came from previous failed operations.

This, of course I said out loud, he didn't seem amused....
