No it’s just one year+…

But one year from date they actually convert the shares. As of now they are just getting Preferred. Let’s say in September 2023 they go to convert some into Commons. IMO-That’s when the one year clock starts for Sept 2024. So technically - I say one year+. Since they technically could convert some now upon ownership. Again- we will get to see that Corp action and act accordingly. But that’s at least - 1 year away.
