So an I correct that after reading your post that the preferred shares which are being issued for the transaction are locked for a year after they are issued

And

That if they wanted to convert the preferred shares after that year that after the initial request after the one year lock up period, it would take another year to convert them

So

That effectively means that it would take two years to convert those preferred shares issued to complete the deal into common free trading shares? So we’re talking about those shares being tradable some time after June 2025?
