Jhd, I do not think you can use Bray as a factor because to start with his auto sale is a small amount for him and this keeps him out of any I.T. Issues so no factor in my view.
Notice you only see the one sale from Bray an no other from Execs, so this is the tell in my view
IMHO Jay is getting his back back for making the NSM merger possible, nothing more.
IMHO Jay will not be here in his capacity as CEO when this thing really gets growing, he would imho be out of his league as COOP is gonna be a HUGE MULTI NATIONAL FINANCIAL CONGLOMERATE and that will take someone far better suited for the JOB
