How different will this be from post approval payments. I would suspect that NWBO would get something initially for making the vaccine, then an additional payment each time it is given. Clearly, the more effective it is, the longer the patients live and the more NWBO will make until all the vaccine has been used.
I may be wrong about this. Other opinions are appreciated.
