#119879 RE: Da Hawk #119874

Guys, they're not taking ANY chances that ANYTHING slips out to the public about these negotiations. Don't trust blindly, but trust the LOGIC that this is part of the process. I'm sure the legal team would love the price to be higher, but not at the risk of something being posted that could cost them the case. I personally am grateful they are as disciplined as they are!

Look how FAR they've carried these cases!!! Yes, some ups and downs, but this is crunch time, and they're dismissing when they need to dismiss and moving forward with negotiations where they need to do that. The price per share is least of their worries... although, I'm sure they'd prefer to see it higher for negotiating purposes. And I suspect the other side would like to see it go LOWER.

Why don't we do our best to legitimately promote all the GOOD things going on, and there are many.

Just think of all the people who sold off that might have been able to get a once in a lifetime return on their money just because people on the Board were worried about no information.

KEEP IT POSITIVE!!! We really have SO much good to focus on right now!! This Amazon dismissal came after an "agreement in principle" between both parties, and the judge is known for encouraging settlements. How could it be anything other than GOOD NEWS!!

But what does all that mean? and why wouldn't the company make a news release about that?
