And thank you so much for showing me how great I could feel by just abandoning my 13yrs worth of dd, deducing, and dot connections, followed by seeing how my conclusions panned out over the test of time, otherwise known as watching the checks and balances to glean truth. Sooo much easier to just toss all under the bus...oh what a relief!!!

Hearing things are happening behind the scenes is great but it would be nice if the company could finish this up and let investors know why they are settling the claims. We have yet to close a case and make significant money from the settlement. Unless you are on the inside and get details on the negotiations you can't see the big picture. I will continue to expect the first opportunity for a real settlement will be based on the Oct trial. If something happens prior to that, great.

But the share price keeps creeping lower. Yes it's still .046, but it was .08 just 10 days ago. It would be nice to see the company get something completed with cash that investors can see. There are a lot of cases closing .

As I have said several times. The price of the stock ultimately will be decided by the results of the trials and hopefully settlements. The part that sucks right now is the company seems to be walking away from all these cases without getting any cash. If the settlements resulted in cash I would think the SEC would say it is mandatory to file an 8K at a minimum.

I am looking forward to the fall trial. We are in July now so the first big trial is only a few months away. I imagine the defendants and VIOP are talking and hopefully negotiating an end to the suit prior to the trial date. Would be fantastic to get it done now and settle for $.25-$50 a share. Then we can move on to the 606 patents being infringed. Those are the biggest dollars for AMZN and others.

I want to watch this daily but I think I will just check in a couple time a week. I consider the shares I hold to be a lottery ticket. At some point they will pull the balls and I will see if i have a winning ticket.
