This is a new area. As far as I know you are not in Sawston and London, but even if you were that would still not qualify you even with your claims of experience to know what exactly is going on without actually having inside information.

So this claim of yours is not credible. And unlike some who claim to k is things they would not possibly know because of claimed “experience”, there are those of us with enough experience to know that would not be reasonable or possible based generically speaking on vague references to “experience” and “general knowledge”. These are matters upon which you either have the specific information or you don’t. Period.

They do not have results released for 18 months. You build the facility to be ready for that event, you don’t predict demand based on prebuilt facilities on the suggestion that the demand before the results were released or just after their release determines the demand for good.

And no, I won’t claim to have inside information. Nor do I pretend to post things on here claiming inside information and then pretending it’s not inside information. It’s a problem. You either have it if you don’t, and either way it’s not a good look.

I don’t see anywhere saying that the leukopheresis needs to be done only at Kings College but it makes sense to have a centralized location to start with for national and international coordination of early patients.
Sawston is set up for shipping and receiving of cryo containers and storage so at some point other ship from sites will come on board and that likely includes Charles River Labs at Memphis, the old Cognate facility. Just because we have not heard about other sites for leukopheresis or ship from sites does not mean they are not being tested or soon will be in use. Best wishes.
