Thanks for proving (via referencing that article) that naked shorts trigger FTDs causing anyone naked shorting to rapidly get caught!

Did you even read the case? I would suggest doing so as it should make clear that naked shorts trigger FTDs and without FTDs, there can be no naked shorts!

DBMM has no FTDs and thus has no naked shorts! PERIOD!
