I've seen that procedure in a old PR, as far as I remember...I didn't filed because I bought mine at the bank, and they already confirmed me I'll get shares in Feb...I'm still waiting for like everybody here and I'll confirm when they will be in my account. As the hearing process started, we could have a good chance to have share distribution in the coming days...

Your broker SHOULD have released that information to the TA months ago. You should contact your broker again and inquire what information relating to YOU they turned over to the TA for the dispersal of your certs.
