there is no loan to begin with. Everything is just an elaborate scam. from the unfinish websites, to all the acquisition/partnership, to loans, etc, etc. Anybody can do it. it's all about luring the suckers. i have a dropship business and all the review on my product are all fake 4 star reviews to lure in potential customers who will fall for it. it's all in the business.
