They borrowed the $ and made the uplist and merger deal with those stips. they FAILED AND DEFAULTED. So, you're calling the lender a "thief"??? I doubt they even sold 1 share of this POS SCAM yet. If they were the sp WOULD be in the TRIPS for sure.

xeriant does NOT get off the $ owed. They can and most likely WILL claim bankruptcy. But, that does NOT excuse them from paying back the $. They WILL have to give up any assests they have which only looks like their stake in the XTI Trifan600 development. THAT'S IT!!!
